ARtists solve problems
1. First of all, the type of problem I solved was to take a risk and try working with a big sized stencil so that I could spray paint on to a poster to make it look like graffiti. 2. The type of obstacle I overcame during the process of making my art project was to have the stencil (which was eventually all going to be painted on to a poster) kept together and in place. Keeping the stencil together and unfolded was definitely the hardest obstacle, not only that, but cutting the stencil out with an exacto knife was difficult as well. 3. The artistic behavior question from the portal that I picked to best suit my art project was that "I take Risks" questions.
1. When I decided to try to cut out a stencil to make it look like Macklemore, but also I wanted it to look similar to graffiti, it was difficult because I was not very familiar with how to make a stencil stay together and where I wanted the paint to show up on the poster. 2. I did end up deciding to pick a technique that was unfamiliar to me because I felt that it would open up a new area of art to me, and if I embraced it, it would bring me to a next level of art skills.
